In her memoir, Eat, Pray, Love, Elizabeth Gilbert writes about a friend who whenever

Authenticity in an ‘online’ world will continue to stand out like a rare and conspicuous jewel. Throughout my life I have followed exemplary practitioners who have taught me all about the beauty of ‘authenticity’ in storytelling, which has led me to narrate stories of my own.
Now, with each new journey, I seek to acknowledge the difference between ‘looking’ and ‘seeing’ and always celebrate the significance of being in the now.

Growing up in a YouTube world and being inspired by other peoples stories has made me want to create and document adventures of my own. So now travelling and documenting has replaced watching and dreaming - I’m more focussed on the journey rather than the destination and my work serves as a reminder of the importance of living in the ‘now’.
